Today, a forward post by Smt.Radha of Salem, who, I consider as staunch Vishistadhwaidham version of Hinduism created some controversies.

ஈரலை ஒரு மணி நேரம் செயற்கையாக சுவாசிக்க வைக்க – ரூ 50,000
இரத்தம் ஒரு Unit வாங்க – ரூ 2,000
மேலும் உயிருக்கு விலை மதிப்பே இல்லை.
தயவுசெய்து ஆரோக்கியமற்ற உணவுகளை தவிர்த்து ஆரோக்கியமான உணவுகளை மட்டும் உண்ணுங்கள்.
தேவையான அளவு தண்ணீர் குடியுங்கள்.
குறைந்த அளவு உடற்பயிற்சி அல்லது நடைப்பயிற்சி அவசியம் தேவை
கெமிக்கல் உணவுகளையும், பதப்படுத்தப்பட்ட உணவுகளையும் தவிருங்கள்.
நாம் அன்றாடம் உண்ணும் உணவுகளை தயார் செய்யும்போது கலப்படம் இல்லாத தரமான ஒரிஜினல் தாவர எண்ணெய்களை பயன்படுத்துங்கள்
கெட்ட பழக்கங்களினாலும், பொறுப்பற்ற விபத்துகளினாலும் ஆரோக்கியமான உறுப்புகளை சேதமாக்கிக் கொள்வதைத் தவிருங்கள்.
இலவசமாய் நம் உடலை நமக்குத் தந்த இறைவனை தினமும் நன்றிசொல்லி, நம்மை காப்போம்.
கடவுள் நமக்கு கடனாக கொடுத்த நம் உடலை, காயமின்றி திருப்பி தர முயற்சிப்போம்

No doubt, body is a gift by God. Temporary gift for usage and return purposes.
This is the saying by Rishi Viswamitrar. At the peak of the famine, Rishi Viswamitrar was forced to steal dog meat from a hunter for food. The hunter asks him the question. ‘You being a Rishi, how can you steal dog meat from my gut and eat?’. For this Rishi Viswamitrar replies.
Stealing is permitted for food to preserve the body given by God.
Then he comes in search of his own wife and son. He thought, they may be dead without food. But they were alive. They said, ‘seeing the condition of mother and son, one hunter left dog meat everyday outside the doors. They ate and survived.’ Rishi Viswamitrar saw the hunter as God.
So preserving the food for future is important. Preserving food is making use of chemicals. Chemicals are scientific evolution of naturally available ingredients only.
Long life is index of good health. In this century, we are the best at it.
We are able to detect and cure cancer and major ailments.
Salutes to current healthy century. The new generation of youngsters. Bye-bye oldies who created caste, creed, corruption, nepotism, foolish superstitions…

The story that Vishwamitra ate dog meat is fake and created by the westerners / foreign religions to denigrate sanatana dharma. (They even said lord Rama ate meat.!!!!) Sage Vishwamitra had so much yogic power that he could create enough food to feed a country. He is believed to have converted the entire sea into a drop and consumed it. Sage Parashurama could make the sea go back to retrieve hundreds of square kms to create land for people ( present day West coast of India from Goa to Kanyakumari including the konkan and Kerala). Lord Krishna created enough food for the brahmin guests of Draupadi from a grain of rice . There is no evidence for starvation in Bharat as the farmers were hard working and had timely help from the weather God. Starvation deaths occurred during the Moghul and British rule ( famous man created Bengal famine )
Smt.Radha joined the argument.
No Muslim is against Islam. No Christian is against Christianity. There are Hindu people’s against their own origin Hinduism.

Yes, some section of Indian society, are against Hinduism by trying to convert it into Dwaidham based ‘God is away’ concept preached in Islam and Christianity thereby destroying Hinduism.
Simplest point is, a King became Rishi, that is Vishwamitra, only to save his citizens from poverty and famine when there was long spell of draught in his kingdom. So your claim that famine was not there in ancient India is wrong.
No one can dictate and fix what is Hinduism except some broad-based principles. That is superiority of Hinduism. Some Singh profess maybe suitable for North India. Basava preachings are great in Lingayath Karnataka. Devaram is superior in Tamilnadu.
Lord Muruga with 2 wives and Lord Ganesha unmarried is south India. Ganesha having 2 wives and Karthik being unmarried is North India. Both are equally superior. No one should dictate what is Hinduism. Vaishnavaites will not accept Siva. Veera Saivaites will not accept Rama as God. That is Hinduism.
Hinduism is not what you preach, think or enforces. The subject of this group also Science is Hinduism. Not about rituals and ceremonies and worship methods. Science will always analyse. It will not simply accept.
